📖 General

In order to maintain our low prices, our products can only be purchased via our online shop.

If you are having problems with the order process, it could be due to the following:

  • Try using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari) and complete your order again.
  • Clear your cookies and cache and try again.
  • If your payment is declined, please try another payment method.

If you have any further questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@k-plus.shop .

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

Please send us a photo of the incorrectly delivered item, showing, for example, the size label clearly visible.

Once we receive the photo, our customer support team will work to send you the correct item.

Our team attaches great importance to the security of your customer data and payment transaction information.

Your data is always encrypted and transmitted to our payment provider in compliance with data protection regulations.

💬 Customer support

We ask you not to send duplicate emails.

If you make multiple requests, your email may be placed at the back of the queue again, further delaying the response time.

In some cases, response times may be longer.

We ask for your patience and assure you that every email will be answered promptly.

If you do not receive a response in your inbox after several days, please do the following:

  • Please check your email spam folder. If you don't find a reply there, please be patient.
  • If you still haven't received a response after more than seven days, the problem is likely with your email provider. In this case, we ask you to resend your request using a different email address.

📦 Exchanges & Returns

Of course, we will exchange your item without any problems upon payment of our flat shipping fee.

Simply contact our customer support team and inform us of your exchange request.

Please let us know your desired size or color directly to ensure the fastest possible processing.

You can of course return or exchange your order or parts of it.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn, clean, odorless, and original items.

The return period is 30 days after purchase. Click here to access our return policy and take further steps.

Your credits do not expire, meaning you can redeem them at any time.

We have a main regional warehouse in Austria from which we ship and accept returns for the majority of our orders.

📬 Shipping & Delivery

Yes, you will receive an email from us immediately after purchase.

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you cannot find the confirmation there either, you may have accidentally entered an incorrect email address during the ordering process.

In this case, please send a short message to customer support so that we can correct the email address.

As long as your package has not yet been shipped, it is not a problem to change the address.

We will then correct the data in our system.

Yes, you will receive a unique tracking number in your shipping confirmation. This allows you to easily track your package.

Please note that it usually takes 1–2 days after shipping for tracking information to be activated. We ask for your patience in this case.

Where we ship your package from depends on the local availability of the products ordered.

Once you have placed your order, it will be automatically forwarded to our warehouse.

The items are primarily shipped from our Austrian warehouse in Graz.

If your item is not available there due to high demand, it will be shipped from our central warehouse to get the package to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually ready for shipment within 24-48 hours and are forwarded to the shipping department. Important: Delivery only occurs after receipt of payment!

Our shipping times are valid from the shipping confirmation.

The standard shipping time is:

2-7 business days. Our shipping times are based on the shipping confirmation.

Orders are usually prepared for shipment 1-3 days after the order is placed.

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten to include the invoice with your package. For the sake of the environment, we have consciously decided not to include a paper invoice with our packages.

You can easily download your invoice in the order confirmation after your purchase if required.

💳 Payment

Unfortunately, for accounting reasons, we are unable to deduct discount codes retroactively.

If your discount code is valid for a longer period, you can enter and use it during checkout on your next order.
